Wake Forest Family Eye Care participates with most major vision and health insurance plans, and as a courtesy, we are happy to file your insurance on your behalf.  However, we do not file secondary medical insurance claims except if you have a secondary to Medicare.  Below you will find a list of the major insurance plans in which we participate.  If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please feel free to contact our insurance department at 919-556-1909 ext 231, or email us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
